Pada kesempatan hari ini,, kita akan membahas tentang The Adverb clause of time atau klausa kata keterangan waktu. The Adverb clause of time merupakan salah satu jenis klausa yang digunakan untuk menyatakan suatu keterangan waktu (Adverb of time) dalam suatu kalimat. The Adverb clause of time atau klausa kata keterangan waktu erat hbungannya dengan kata penghubung atau yang sering disebut conjunction. Sebenernya contoh kata penghunung dalam bahasa inggris sangatlah banyak, dan terdiri dari bebrapa jenis , namun yang biasa digunakan dalam Adverb clause of time berupa Conjunction atau kata penghubung yang dimaksud seperti:
- after : setelah
- when : ketika
- as : karena, sewaktu
- by the time :pada waktu itu
- till : sampai
- so long as : selama
- every time : setiap saat
- the next time : diwaktu lain
- no sooner..than : begitu.. sehingga
- before : sebelum
- while : sewaktu
- since : sejak
- until : sampai
- as long as : selama
- whenever : kapanpun
- ever since : sejak waktu itu
- the last time : terakhir kali
